Sweat Guard Hyperhidrosis Vests have the armpit sweat pads permanently attached using discreet (practically invisible) sewing. The vest and sweat pads are machine washable, so there is no messing about having to insert new pads.

The top layer of the sweat pad absorbs sweat whilst the sweat-proof membrane stops sweat from passing through onto the vest.
