After trying the product, if you are not satisfied, email info@sweatguard.co.uk for a returns number and then return to us using a secure, signed-for postal / courier service. Once, we have received the goods back, we will quickly issue a full refund back onto your card.

All we ask is that you try the product and return within 14 days if you are not satisfied.

Iontophoresis machines - our Money-Back Guarantee is extended to five weeks for iontophoresis machines because it takes 10 iontophoresis treatments, spread over three weeks for excessive sweating to normalise.
